There was no more King Henry's after VIII, who was notorious, so why did the name Henry become very popular in 18th, 19th and 20th centuries?

While in office, I know that Nixon had many resounding successes (opening relations with China, eliminating 70% of the deficit in one term, ending the draft, etc.). So why did congress still move to impeach him despite knowing that he was a very capable and effective president?

If you were to follow a Royal Family’s heritage all the way back to the ‘start’, what made the Royal family ‘Royal’? (E.g. England’s Royal Family)
